Get an introduction to vocational guidance in the 7th grade and then have regular weekly lessons in the 8th, 9th and 10th grade. Topics that could be discussed in vocational guidance could include preparing a CV, applying for a job and job interviews. It would also be good to get a better introduction to the courses of study available in secondary schools and what subjects are taught there. Vocational guidance could be part of life skills education.
